comments and parts to the workorder. It tracks his travel, labor and signals the dispatcher when he is on site.
a touch device such as a tablet, he can capture the customer's signature then email him the signed work order and send it right into
the Softbase Document Center.
Labor ticket entry and parts can then be automatically posted (and adjusted if necessary) by the
service and parts departments greatly reducing the amount of entry time.
